This site is aimed as supplying 1-wire hobbyist, experimenters, and other commercial and industrial developers, low cost, high quality 1-wire sensors and control devices. These products are grouped by series numbers and shown on the left hand side of this page. We hope you will explore each series of devices and their unique capabilities. Note: Springbok Digitronics uses the 1WRJ45 wiring standard for it's cabling and power needs in all its 1-wire devices. It is backwards compatible with the existing Dallas Semiconductor RJ11/12 wiring standard. This open standard is more rigorous in its specifications and uses RJ-45 jacks instead of RJ-12 jacks. Its use of standard CAT5E or CAT6 Ethernet style cable and connectors make for easy, low cost interconnects between devices. The 1WRJ45 wiring specification can carry power over the cable so it is important that you understand this specification and how it impacts your existing equipment and installation before planning or making any connections.
